How has your experience been working with our team?
We enjoy working with your team. Both reps I have had the pleasure to work with have been very friendly and helpful to make the ordering process smooth and efficient. Even when we had to make changes to our printing template the process to do so was effortless.
How has it contributed to your branding or customer experience?
It makes our packages easily identifiable – which I believe helps our customer’s retrieve their packages in a timely manner upon delivery of multiple packages. It also adds appeal to the outer packaging and looks more professional than your standard packing tape. We also have had instances of boxes being shipped without a carriers shipping label and our packages have been able to make it back to our facility because they have the tape to reference it’s origin.
Have you received any compliments on the packaging?
Yes we have. Customers have complimented the look of the tape. It also makes it easy for them to get in contact with us or to visit our website as our contact information is listed on the tape. It also eliminates the need to use fragile stickers which we used to use in excess previously – due to most of our products being glass. The packages look more appealing with the custom tape than it did when it had glass stickers on all sides of the box.
