PHOENIX TAPE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Here at Phoenix Tape & Supply we work with our customers to help them choose the correct tape and submit the best artwork possible.  We have very few issues with our final product because of our attention to detail.

Any order placed for custom printed tape is NONREFUNDABLE after the electronic proof has been approved by the customer.  All sales are final.

If there are any questions or concerns about an order, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions BEFORE placing the order.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your final product.  We will not refund your order if you order the wrong tape, size, or colors.

The customer has 30 days to determine if there is an issue and request a refund.

If there is an issue with the order after the customer has received their shipment we work with them to provide a refund or a credit towards future purchases.  Such issues include but are not limited to tape and print matters. 

Customers should provide a photograph, a written description of the issue and the number of rolls affected. 

If we decide we need the tape returned we will pay for shipping but a customer should NOT return the tape without our authorization.
