When I first contacted Phoenix Tape to inquire about a specialty printed tape, the response and service since, has been exceptional. Hibex, Inc. has a high expectation when it comes to customer service. As a small business we pride ourselves in the level of service we give to our clients and in working with manufacturers, we expect the same. Phoenix Tape truly meets that category. From the beginning, during the quoting process to the final finished product, Phoenix Tape surpassed any and all expectations. Phoenix Tape made the process so easy and effortless and to our great surprise, our custom printed tape arrived sooner than anticipated. Previously, working with other custom printers our orders would take weeks and would always arrive past the quoted date. Lastly, when we opened the case to inspect the custom printed tape, the first thing that came to mind was "NOW THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE".
